The rooms were brand-new and well-kept and had a comfortable king size bed. It was convenient to have a chair and a couch, and there was even a couch bed. The location was great, being close to a railway track, freeway, San Diego attractions, and access to the train and trolley.

Our rooms at this place were brand-new and big size with 2 double beds. The service was excellent, totally satisfied. The staff there were affable and accommodating.

The beds were comfy and the room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge. The location was peaceful and convenient, with easy access to San Diego and El Cajon.

Enjoyed this nice basic hotel: fine food and welcoming staff. Clean room with the refrigerator and microwave, had a great stay. The service provided there was excellent. Could use their ample parking. It was about 0.5 miles from the airport.

I didn't like that I already had my reservation and it was ready but when we arrived to check in we were told that we couldn't check in until 10 pm so we had to wait more than 1 hour! In the lobby and they didn't even have armchairs to sit on

Convenient Location and Spacious Room 🌟

The location here was super easy to get to, and really great. And the room, well, it was pretty clean. Our room was totally new and really big, and it had everything - fridge, a huge comfy bed, and even a bathtub.

I booked a room with a queen bed. The service was excellent, and the staff were really good and welcoming. The location of this hotel was particularly good. Plus, it was a 5-minute drive from Mount Helix Reservoir. we had a great experience at Rodeway Inn & Suites El Cajon San Diego East in El Cajon. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly, and the hotel's location was very convenient, being just a short drive from Mount Helix Reservoir. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Convenient sofa sleeper and chair in one room. Adjacent to the elevator. Modern vending machines in the lobby. Quiet despite nearby train and freeway.

Location near I-8 but out of San Diego.

The speed bumps in the parking area scraped the paint off the bottom of my car.
